Automation for small operations teams
Everything you repeat done for you
SarveSarva AI builds automations for small operations teams, then runs them on the tools you already use.
- Read the new order email done
- Add the line items to the sheet done
- Create the record in the CRM done
- Send the buyer a confirmation done
Example run, not live data. Every step is logged.

01 — The problem
Your team does the same job twice. Some weeks, three times.
An order lands in the inbox. Someone copies it into the sheet. Someone copies it again into the CRM. Then a customer asks where the order is, so a third person opens three tabs and types the answer by hand.
None of this work is hard. That is the problem. It is easy, it is constant, and it eats the hours you hired people for.
- Re-keying The same order gets typed into three tools, and one of them is always wrong.
- Chasing Status questions arrive faster than anyone can answer them.
- Handovers The process lives in one person's head, so it stops when they take leave.
02 — How it works
Three steps. One workflow at a time.
-
Step 01
Connect
We sit with your team and map one workflow you run every week. You show us the tools it touches. Nothing changes yet.
-
Step 02
Teach
We build the automation and run it beside your team, not instead of them. You correct it until it matches how you actually work.
-
Step 03
Automate
It runs on its own. You get a log of every action it took, and a person to call on the day something looks wrong.
03 — Workflows
The runs this service is built for.
Every business repeats a different set of chores. These are the shapes repeated work takes. Yours will be its own row.
Example workflows, not client data.
04 — Capabilities
Three things we build. One whole handoff.
Workflow automation
The path from trigger to done
We take a task that starts in one tool and ends in another, and we close the gap between them. No copy and paste in the middle.
Start with the one that annoys your team most. We keep the old process running until the new one is boring.
Agents on your tools
It reads, decides, and writes back
The agent works inside the accounts you already own. It reads the message, picks the right record, and writes the update.
When it is not sure, it stops and asks a named person instead of guessing. Every action it takes is written to a log you can read.
Human in the loop
You set the line it will not cross
You decide which actions run on their own and which ones need a person to say yes. Refunds, discounts, and anything that touches a customer can stay under review.
The limits are settings, not promises. You can change them, and you can switch any automation off in one click.
A 45 minute call. We look at one workflow and tell you if it is worth automating.
Sarva means everything. We think the work a business repeats should run itself, so the people you hired can spend the day on the part only people can do.
05 — Questions
The five questions worth asking first.
Where does our data go?
Into the tools you already use, and into the model provider we agree on with you before we build anything. We do not sell your data and we do not train models on it.
We hold no security certification today, so we will not claim one. We will sign your data agreement, use your own accounts where we can, and write down exactly which systems the automation can read and write.
Will it work with the tools we already have?
Usually yes. If a tool has an API or can send email, we can work with it. Sheets, email, Slack, and the common CRMs are the easy cases.
If a tool is closed, we will tell you in the audit call rather than after you pay. Some workflows are not worth automating, and we say so.
What happens when an automation breaks?
It stops and tells someone. We build every automation to fail loudly: the run halts, the task goes back to a named person, and you get a message with what it was doing when it stopped.
Nothing silently half-runs. The old manual path always stays open, so a break slows you down instead of stopping you.
Does a person still check the work?
Yes, and you choose how much. In the first weeks a person reviews every run. After that you set which actions can run alone and which ones wait for approval.
We do not recommend removing review from anything that moves money or speaks to a customer in your name.
How do we start, and what does it cost?
You start with one workflow and a fixed price for that build. We quote it after the audit call, once we know what the workflow touches. No long contract to begin.
If it turns out the workflow is not worth automating, we tell you and you owe us nothing for the call.
Pick one workflow. Watch it run itself.
Bring the task your team complains about. We will tell you on the call whether we can automate it, and what it would take.
